  1. In this region they are shaped by three different air masses; one brings cold, dry air from the Arctic region, the second brings cool, dry air from the west, the third carries warm, moist air from the Pacific Ocean. In some islands the summer monsoon can bring as much as 80 percent or more of the region’s yearly rainfall. The warm waters of the Tropics help from strong hurricane like storms called typhoons. In Siberian there cold climates usually can never reach below northern China so it’s usually never cold down there.

Some problems in this region with the rainfall is that the region can get tons of floods and in the winter all the snow will freeze so It could bring a problem to people that live there. Some solutions that might help is that in the summer they can block the rain so it doesn’t flood into the homes of people or it doesn’t destroy buildings and the people won’t be in danger. In the winter time they could salt all the streets so people can get around and they won’t get hurt.
